General terms and conditions of sale apply exclusively to current and future business relationships between PADDOCK Sports and its customers. The differents pictures that represent our products are not contractuals. All mdoficiation of thoses sale conditions are possible but does not entail retroactivity.
Prices and orders
All prices on our website include VAT and are valid at the time the order is placed.
There is possibilite that we can edit all prices by our own innitiative.
They may be subject to variations due to exceptional events beyond our control. In this case, we will be forced to applied the tariffs resulting from these changes.
By conrifming your order, you accept all general terms and conditions of sale put to your disposition on our website and recognized know them perfectly, you hereby waive your right to rely on any contradictory document, in particular our own general terms of sale. This confirmation, together with all the data we have recorded, will consitute proof of our transactions.
Payment
Payment is made on the secure bank servers of HiPay Full Service. Any bank information treating the CUSTOMER passes through the Paddock-sports.com site.
Paiement by credit card is therefore perfectly secure.
Order will be recording and validated upon acceptance of the payment by HiPay Full Service.
Oder validation by credit card is a mandate to pay the price of the order including all taxes.
The payment is debited from the bank when your order is shipped.

Shipping costs
In metropolitan France, shipping costs are FREE for all order above or equal to 99 euros TTC(shipping costs of 8 euros for all orders of less than 99 euros TTC shipped in France).
For a shipment outside metropolitan France and/or the European Union, the amount of the shipping costs is fixed according to the weight of the order.
The amount of the shipping costs will be indicated in the basket before invoicing, the buyer will have the option to accept or refuse it.
Delivery
Our packages are shipped between 3 and 7 days via the Colissimo service of La Poste. This dilay can be elongated beween 5 and 15 days in high activity (sales, Black Friday, Christmas, etc.).
The delivery is made to the address you indicated when you placed your order. Shipments are made from Monday to Friday (except on public holidays).
From the date on wich the ordered products have left our permises, the risks will be at your charge.
Delivery times are only indicative unless, exceptionally, we are committed to a specific delivery date.
confirmation e-mail is sent to you when your order is dispatched after the package have been deposited with the delivery service.
We can’t be responsible of unrespectable time delivery by the carrier. Exceeding the delivery time shall not give rise to any claims for damages.
Returns and refunds
We guarantee the quality and condition of all items we send. You have a legal retraction period of 14 clear days from receipt of the goods. You are responsible for the costs of returning the goods.

Unfortunately, we can’t proceed to an exchange, only a product return with a reimbursement is possible.

Virtual gift cards are a means of payment which allow their holders to pay for their purchases, in one or more instalments, supplemented, if necessary, with another means of payment on
www.paddock-sports.com: credit card, PayPal.
The Virtual gift cards are sold for an amount determined by the Client between ten (10) € and
seven hundred (700) euros; the amounts being expressed inclusive of all taxes.
The validity period of a Virtual gift card is (1) year, 365 (three hundred and sixty-five) days from the date of purchase. Virtual gift cards are active 30 minutes after purchase. Payment with an Virtual gift card can be performed, until the balance is used up or the validity of the contract has expired. In no way an E-gift card, even partially used, can’t be exchanges, or refunds.
Information about the balance from the Virtual gift card and validity date can be available online after the first use by connecting you on your PADDOCK Sports account, in the “My Gift Cards” section.

The order is entered according to the instructions given online. Client engage theirself to complete mandatory fields (marked *), otherwise, the order will not be able to be register.
The order is register after client account creation and payment validity. Online order is only effective after the validation of the payment by the Customer. Client receives an email acknowledgement of receipt of order. The printable Virtual gift card is available in PDF form in the order confirmation email in “My account", "My orders”. In no way, the sums be considered as a deposit or advance payment. In the event that the client don’t receive this confirmation, it is his or her responsibility to contact us via customer service. Credit card and the order validation shall be deemed to be proof of the completeness of the said order and of the

Availability

The order will only be final upon receipt, by PADDOCK Sports, from those documents and sending of confirm email. In the absence of receipt of these documents or the identity of the person placing the order and the fact that he is domiciled, PADDOCK Sports reserves the right not to accept the order. PADDOCK Sports also reserves the right to refuse an order if it exist a previous litigation in progress on payment or an abnormally high order level.
Delivery
Virtual gift card printed aren’t shipped. They are available in PDF form through a link in the email order confirmation in the “My account", "My orders” section.
After the open PDF through the link, the customer can print its Virtual gift card. We advise
Clients to check the junk mail in their email account, if the addressed e- mail does not arrive directly in their mailbox.
It is specified that the customer is responsible of its own electronic messaging and persons who having access. For this reason, PADDOCK Sports responsibilities can’t in any situation be engaged and precisely in case of the Virtual gift card use from another person that the client.
Obligation of the customer
The Client undertakes to inform any recipient of Paddock Sports Virtual gift cards of their expiry dates and conditions of use. Any subsequent use at this date and/or don’t respect the conditions of use can’t in any way engaged PADDOCK Sports reponsability.
Exchange / Renewal / Loss / Theft
Virtual gift card are not refundable and not exchangeable, precisely in event of loss or stolen.
In case of loss, stollen or destruction, the Virtual gift card can be blocked at the customer’s request.
This can be done using the Virtual gift card number by contacting PADDOCK Sports customer service.
Resale ban
Our business policy strictly prohibits the resale of Virtual gift cards in any form
in any form whatsoever. As a penalty clause, any finding by Paddock Sports of a breach by the Client of any of its can lead to, on the initiative of PADDOCK Sports, Contractual penalty of €7,000 excluding VAT to be paid immediately, not in full discharge of any compensation that may be due to him for the damage suffered.
Reservation of ownership
All the sells Virtual gift card is fully the PADDOCK Sports property until the complete payment.
However, upon delivery, all risk are transferred to the client or to the recipient who must insure himself accordingly. In the event of a claim, PADDOCK Sports reserves the right to
