Customized embroidered products are neither returnable nor exchangeable nor refundable.

IMPORTANT: If you want embroidery of your logo, and we embroider it for the first time, an additional cost of €65 VAT included will be charged for logo digitization.

⚠ Attention: A mandatory mockup is required for the first order in our workshops.

The colors on the configurators as well as the final model presented (saddle pads, rugs, fly veils, textiles, etc.) are not contractual and may differ from the actual colors depending on individual screens.
