Customized embroidered products are neither returnable nor exchangeable nor refundable.

ATTENTION: To ensure your gifts make it under the Christmas tree in time, orders for customizable products must be placed by December 10th! After this date, processing and delivery times will be extended. Thank you for your understanding, and happy holidays!

IMPORTANT: If you want embroidery of your logo, and we embroider it for the first time, an additional cost of €65 VAT included will be charged for logo digitization.

⚠ Attention: A mandatory mockup is required for the first order in our workshops.
